Meet the Recruiters

Scott Davis

003-GpKxzupCU7c

Scott Davis built his career inside engineering and manufacturing organizations. While working at OEMs and Tier1 suppliers, Scott held firsthand responsibility across the full product and manufacturing lifecycle. His roles included product development, manufacturing engineering, program management, business development, and plant leadership. He led work from early and advanced engineering through launch, production readiness, and ongoing manufacturing support.

Scott ran plants and manufacturing operations and carried P&L responsibility. In parallel, he led global product development and manufacturing engineering programs with responsibility for cost, quality, timing, and delivery. Those programs spanned the United States, Europe, Asia, and Mexico, and met or exceeded all global requirements and performance targets.

That work required coordination across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, operations, and customers. Scott was responsible for aligning those functions and delivering stable launches and sustained results.

While holding those operating roles, Scott was also responsible for recruiting. He hired engineers, manufacturing engineers, program leaders, and plant leadership inside the organizations he led. He has continued recruiting at that same level since the early 1990s, evaluating engineering and manufacturing talent for OEMs, Tier1 suppliers, and Fortune level companies for more than 30 years.

Few people have led global product development and manufacturing engineering programs, run plants with P&L responsibility, and recruited engineering and manufacturing leadership for decades. That overlap is what defines the GRN Columbus advantage.

Claudia Davis

Claudia Davis brings deep experience in enterprise data analytics, business planning, and global capacity forecasting for large-scale automotive and industrial organizations. Her background spans international program management, executive-level market analysis, and customer-driven planning for some of the world’s largest OEMs.

Earlier in her career, Claudia held an international program and business planning leadership role based in Germany, where she ran North American operations and supported cross-border customers in English and French. At Robert Bosch, Claudia spent several years embedded in the Ford business unit, supporting senior marketing and sales leadership with executive-level planning, forecasting, and customer presentations. She was later promoted into Bosch’s Business Planning Office, where her responsibility expanded beyond Ford to include Toyota and Nissan, representing approximately 45% of the North American passenger vehicle market.

In her final Bosch role, Claudia served as the North American Capacity Planning Analyst, responsible for aligning OEM demand with Bosch’s global manufacturing footprint and producing executive-level North American market reports.

Based on workforce probability analysis combining data analytics expertise with experienced recruiting and talent-market judgment, there are estimated to be only 80 to 85 people in the United States with a comparable combination of skills and experience.

At GRN Columbus, Claudia’s background strengthens the firm’s ability to apply data-driven judgment to recruiting—enhancing market mapping, talent availability analysis, capacity-informed search strategy, and executive-level client advisory.
